The Yogashastra is a course on Yoga for children, divided into five levels: Arambhic, Prathamic, Dvitiyik, Tritiyik, and Premana Patra. Only the first two have been published so far. Please note that the books are not only suitable for children but for anyone interested in the origins of Yoga, the names of the Asanas and some of the philosophy behind it all.
