Book a 2012 Pranayama Class:
Beginners : For those new to yoga & for up to two years.
General : Mixed ability classes not suitable for complete beginners.
Intermediate Level 1 : For those with over two years’ practice in Iyengar Yoga.
Intermediate Level 2 : For those who have done several years of yoga.
Older & Stiffer : For those who don't exercise regularly or who require a shorter class.
Teachers : This is for qualified Teachers of Iyengar yoga.
Remedial : This class is for students who have their own programme to work to. Sheila will arrange a one-to-one consultation where your needs will be discussed and a programme set up to benefit you most. Sheila and Ally will be there to help you during this class.
