18th - 24th May : Beginners week
for those who are new to yoga or have only limited experience
25th - 31st May : Intermediate week
for those with some experience of yoga who wish to progress their practice
Sheila and Ally enjoyed teaching in Turkey in 2007 so much they are doing it again in 2008. We are now offering two weeks of differing standards so that more people can embrace the experience of learning yoga in such a wonderful setting. The accommodation was great and the staff very friendly and amenable. We had a wonderful group of people who had a wide range of yoga experience and got on very well together. There was plenty of time to explore the surrounding area, beaches and historic sites - we particularly liked the river cafés and the boat trip. Many of our students have asked us if we are doing it again in 2008 and the answer is yes, so get your booking in early to be sure of you place on either course.
